Rio Vista Delta Breeze Short Range Transit Plan FY 2007/2008-FY 2017-2018 –This transit plan provides a 10 year outlook on how the transit system operates. This document updates the Mini Short Range Transit Plan that was developed in 2006.

Rio Vista Transit Study - This study was completed in 2005 and discusses opportunities to improve Rio Vista Transit.

State Route 12 Transit Study – The Solano Transportation Authority (STA) is planning a new transit service to link Napa, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Antioch and Lodi in the near future.  This new service is set to start sometime in 2008 or 2009.
